There are no limitation built into the program. You can set any number of system and newsletter administrators and have any number of subscribers to each mailing list. As many as your server can handle.
Automatic handling of bounced back messages
Just set up an e-mail account where all the bounced messages should be returned to and the Absolute Newsletter will check this account and update your subscriber’s list automatically. Now, Absolute Newsletter.NET comes packed with Quiksoft's BounceBuster which provides support for almost 1000 types of bounces
Define the number of bounces before removing a subscriber
You can have the application count the number of times thata message gets bounced from your subscribers and only remove their e-mail address if they reach a number of bounces.
Option to resume the sending of messages
At any time, you can resume the sending of newsletters to your subscribers. This option is useful if a newsletter failed to complete its delivery or you had to stop broadcasting.
Single or Multiple copies to subscribers
Option to send a single copy of a newsletter to users subcribed to its multiple assigned lists. Use this option to guarantee that users subscribed to multiple lists do not get multiple copies of the same newsletter.
Improved broadcasting Engine

Easily create new ones using any previously published newsletter.
Send Web Page
You can optionally set any web page as the body of your newsletter. You can use this option to send your articles published in Absolute News Manager to your mailing lists subscribers!
Automatic Text Version Generation
By clicking a button, you can get the text portion from your newsletter and with slight modifications, set it as the Text version for your message.
Form Generator
Create custom subscription forms that you can paste on your web pages to collect your subscriber’s information.
Unsubscribe Link
Include an unsubscribe link with all your outgoing messages to comply with anti-Spam laws.
Asynchronous mail broadcasting
Optionally use built-in ASP.NET threading to queue and send your e-mail asynchronously. This option is very useful if you have a large list of subscribers because you don’t have to wait for the whole list to be broadcasted, it will be queued by the web server and delivered on its own.
Option to set e-mail delays and batch sending size
Define how many e-mails can be sent at a time and how much time must transcur before processing the next batch. This is useful in a shared hosting environment where there's a limits to the number of e-mails that can be sent at a time.

Quickly send a preview message of your newsletters to see how will they look up in your e-mail client
Mail Scheduler Program
Install the accompanying Mail Scheduler Service application in your web server (or even your client machine!) to broadcast your newsletters according to their release date. The Mail Scheduler works as a Windows Server and queues your ready-to-send newsletters for delivery.

Absolute Newsletter comes packed with Quiksoft's award winning EasyMail.NET assembly. This powerful component ensures a quick delivery of your e-mail messages and is much more efficient than the default e-mail engine available in .NET (System.Web.Mail). Not only will your messages be delivered efficiently, but by using Quiksoft's EasyMail.NET objects, Absolute Newsletter now has the option to monitor your bounce box address in order to handle any bounced back messages.

You don't have to be constantly monitoring your e-mail account to get your bounced messages and update your subscriber's database. Absolute Newsletter does it for you automatically. By setting an e-mail account and providing the application with its login information, the Absolute Newsletter will log in and monitor the account automatically. You can also set the number of bounces for your subscribers before removing them from your database. It is that powerful!
